We appreciate all the effort and hard work from the Estate Agents who market our Estate.

Estate Agents must register for facial recognition with security by completing the Estate Agents Registration Form (Reg 4)

After registration and payment by debit or credit card they will use the facial recognition readers for access through the boom gates.

Estate agents may only enter the gate after 09h00 Mondays to Saturdays and must be off site and off the Estate by 17h45 daily, Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays, they may only enter the gate by 12h00 and be off site and off the Estate by 17h00.

Estate agents must use their own vehicles for entry with potential buyers of property. Potential buyers will not be allowed entry on their own.

FOR SALE boards are allowed to be displayed on property that is for sale subject to the following conditions:

1. The board should be the standard size of 610mm x 813mm;
2. The board must be fastened with 2 poles on each side, no boards with a single pole will be allowed.
3. Only 2  for sale boards per stand are allowed (agent or owner), on a first come first serve basis.
4. Once property has been sold, the boards must be removed immediately;
5. No SOLD boards may be erected;
6. Boards must be erected 2 meters from the road in the middle of the yard;
7. The board must be maintained and neat at all times.

If the above rules are not followed, members of the committee may remove and discard the boards.
