The entrance and exit gates are equipped with MIRCOM systems. The system is only use for communication between the owner and the security guard or visitors after hours.   An owner or a tenant can apply to become a user on the system and will then be assigned a permanent MIRCOM number.

The registered user will provide the visitor with the relevant assigned MIRCOM number. The visitor will then enter the number into the MIRCOM system at the entrance or exit gate. The system will automatically call the registered user. The user will then receive a call from one of the following telephone numbers:
